Whether you’re hosting a Graduation balloons party or simply want to decorate your home for a special event, balloons can be a huge hit. Especially when they’re decorated in grad-themed designs.

Check out our selection of grad balloons, including AirLoonz and balloon arches in a variety of themes. You’ll find everything you need to impress your guests and make the occasion even more memorable.

Balloon Bouquets

Balloon bouquets are one of the most classic party decorations. They look great at any occasion, from birthdays and baby showers to weddings and anniversaries.

A classic balloon bouquet features a large foil balloon as the centerpiece and latex balloons surrounding it. For a grad-themed bouquet, choose school colors and an inspirational message to go along with your arrangement.

Gold letter balloons are a popular option for customizing your bouquet. They add a touch of class to your event and make for a great photo booth backdrop.

Trending in 2021, rainbow color balloon arrangements are also a hot item. They’re a fun way to celebrate a gender reveal or make a statement at your celebration.

These are the perfect balloon additions to your graduation party decor. They can be used alone or incorporated into other balloon displays for a full-scale celebration.

Balloon Arches

Balloon arches are a great way to create a dramatic impact at your next party or event. They can be linear or curved and come in a variety of colors and sizes to fit various spaces and ceiling height allowances.

To assemble a balloon arch, first air-inflate the large diameter balloons and tie 4 together. Then insert balloon lips into the holes in the disk of the balloon to create the shape of an arch.

Adding fillers, such as dried flowers or greenery, helps to hide any gaps and give the balloon arch a more organic look. You can also use glue dots, which are small pieces of tape that stick to the side of a balloon.

Depending on the design, balloon arches can take 30 minutes to two hours to assemble. To save money on labor, consider hiring friends and family to help install your balloon arch. They may also be able to blow up the balloons for you to avoid using a pump.

Balloon Garlands

Balloon garlands and arches are the perfect way to add a little color to your party. Use them at the entrance to your graduation party, over a dessert table or even over a mantle to give your party space some visual interest.

Our balloon garlands are super easy to assemble and come with everything you need to make a big impact at your event. You get an assortment of 5″ balloons in your choice of colors and a strip to attach them all.

To assemble your balloon garland, insert the lips of each balloon into the holes in the decorating strip. Alternating colors and sizes, skip holes as needed along the strip and pull balloon knots through to secure. When your balloon garland is finished, hang it and add your favorite decorations to complete the look!

Balloon Columns

Balloon columns are a great way to add color and fun to your event. They are quick and easy to set up and can be used indoors or outdoors.

Classic balloon columns are 8 feet tall including a 3 foot topper your choice of Mylar Star or 3 foot round latex. They can be stacked either in a spiral, blocked or solid color design and can be decorated with any number of items such as foil balloons, a balloon burst or star to match the theme.

To create a balloon column that stands on its own, tie the balloon quads firmly together using curling ribbon, braided cord (also called VB cord or Dacron line) or natural twine. It’s important to use enough string so that the balloons don’t pop, but not so tight that they become too stiff.

To build a balloon column that is stable, a suspended load needs to be placed at the bottom. To do that, place a 7″ balloon filled with water in the center of the cluster of 12″ green balloons.
