Coupons are string tokens that you generate to trigger almost any functionality in your game. They can be used to generate bundles and CloudScripts, and could be used as part of your re-acquisition campaigns or community outreach.
How to Redeem a Coupon
Game Coupons can be used to claim some of the best and brightest in-game rewards. Some coupons even provide the chance to win a brand new game! To see if you have a coupon, all you need to do is open up your email and look for the “Coupons” tab. If you do, you’ll be greeted with a variety of promotions including Daily Deal and Catch of the Week deals.
How to use a coupon is a bit different on each platform. Generally, iOS players will need to first get their PID number by going into the Menu (top right of screen), then Settings (cog icon at bottom of screen) and selecting Account, and choosing ‘Copy’ for the PID. Once you’ve got your PID, you can then visit the Coupon Redeem Page and enter your PID along with the coupon code of your choice.
Redeeming a Coupon Code

New Pet Adoption Bundles can only be redeemed once within 365 days of adoption. This means that if your customer adopted more than one animal that day you should add the new animal to their account manually at this time so they will not have a duplicate Bundle.
If a customer redeems a Bundle incorrectly or does not want to give you their email address you can remove it by looking up the customer in Checkout and selecting Remove Transaction. Once removed they will not be able to redeem that Bundle again at your store.
